Ron Von Haden, CIC is the Executive Vice President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. Prior to becoming the executive officer of PIA of Wisconsin, Ron served 8 years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents, including two years as a national vice president. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a past president of PIA of Wisconsin. Ron has been an insurance agent for over 30 years and still owns an independent agency in Boscobel, Wisconsin. He has continued to serve as the EVP of PIA of Wisconsin since 1994. As a panelist, moderator, featured speaker, and Master of Ceremonies, Ron has entertained a variety of organizations both inside and outside the insurance industry. He is also a decorated Vietnam veteran and an avid sportsman.

	Brenda Steinbach, Education & Convention Director, is the driving force behind our hugely successful education programs and annual convention. Arranging dates, locations, topics, speakers, food, CE credits, schedules, audio/visual and the myriad of other details can only be accomplished by someone who is extremely well organized and focused. She's an expert at our internal procedures and is always looking for ways to make your dues and program investments more valuable to you. Thousands of you see the results of her talents each year at education and convention events in Wisconsin and Brenda is held up as a national model by her peers from The National Alliance.
	Heather Falk, CISR, Member Benefits Coordinator, manages a PIA department that is vital to about 85% of our members-the Errors & Omissions programs. She works with the underwriters and managers at Utica Mutual & Safeco to provide you with unequalled service, superior products and competitive pricing. At least once each year (and usually more), you have the pleasure of communicating with Heather and relying on her skills to be sure your E&O needs are met. As if the E&O duties aren't enough, she also tackles the day-to-day bookkeeping duties and works closely with our outside accounting professionals.
	Becca Prestbroten, Special Project Coordinator, has an unseen contact with every person who attends a CIC institute, a CISR course, a PIAW seminar, the annual convention or who receives our weekly email newsletter. She is the person that professionally prints every page of those huge manuals and packets, collates them and assembles the final product. She also prepares and sends the weekly emails, monitors and orders all the supplies for the PIA office, seminars and committees and coordinates the mailings that go out of the office. Becca makes sure things get done "PIA perfect" and on time.
	Mandy Behrens, Administrative Assistant to Staff, is the first person that you talk to when you call the PIAW office or stop in for a visit or a meeting. Her upbeat personality sets the tone for a pleasant transfer of your call or answer to your question. You know that the first impression of your business is critical so Mandy's attitude and willingness to help is a huge asset. Between phone calls, she coordinates the structure and "proofs" the final content of your monthly magazine, oversees and updates the PIAW website, distributes materials to the Board of Directors and committees and performs general clerical duties.
