An informative “Real-Time 101” session for the agents so they can better understand what Real-Time is and to aid in giving the agents a better understanding what the Real-Time capabilities are within the Industry and with their companies.

10:15 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Break

10:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
3 separate, 30-minute opportunities for the Management System and Comparative Rating vendors to demonstrate their current Real-Time capabilities to 3 separate groups, who may be interested in their product.

12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Lunch

1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
An hour-long session that will help the agent with the implementation of Real-Time capabilities within their agency. Agencies will take back documentation to better help them set-up their workflows to take advantage of current and future Real-Time options.

2:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Break

2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
A panel session with agency personnel who have taken the lead to implement Real-Time capabilities within their current work flows for their agency.
