CISR - Certified Insurance Service Representative
CISR is a practical program, stressing the understanding and analysis of risks and exposures. Each of the five, one-day courses provides intermediate level instruction covering all phases of the customer service representative's daily work. Each course is followed by an optional one-hour examination.
When a student passes all five courses the CISR designation is earned. An individual must successfully complete the five CISR examinations within three calendar years following the year in which the individual successfully completed his/her first examination.
A CISR must update once a year to maintain the designation.

Dynamics of Service
Dynamics of Service is a one-day course where you will discover what makes superior customer service representatives effective – and what keeps their customers loyal. Improve your people skills, tune up your professional competence and acquire a wealth of tools and techniques for dealing with customers effectively.
This course is not one of the five core CISR courses, and is open to anyone. Dues paid CISRs and CSRMs can use this as an update option. No Test.$145.00 each and includes a group lunch, limited break items and course materials.
CISR and WTH approved for 8 Wisconsin CE credits.
Dynamics of Service approved for 7 WI CE in 2010. Ethics credits are noted on the course list.
