Casualty & Litigation Claims Manager

As a Casualty & Litigation Claims Manager, you will oversee all claims activities and provide coaching and guidance to the team as needed. A successful candidate will effectively lead, manage and motivate associates to meet production service standards and help them develop and grow within their role. What you’ll be doing: • Conduct file audits to ensure compliance with claims practices and company procedures • Effectively staff the unit, identify appropriate staffing levels, hire, terminate, provide compensation recommendations and evaluate performance • Authorize and monitor individual authority levels; monitor reserves for accuracy • Develop and recommend the annual budget
