If you are an experienced claim professional, underwriting professional or account executive who thrives on providing exceptional value to customers, then we want to meet you! •Starting Date: Immediate Opening •Employment Type: Full Time •Salary: Competitive total compensation package ranging between $65,000 - $110,000, commensurate upon experience RESPONSIBILITIES •Manage an assigned book of business; building, expanding and solidifying relationships with clients. •Oversee all aspects of accounts. This includes oversight of claims, research of coverage issues, developing service plans, conducting claim reviews, stewardship of meeting, establishing deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are met. •Respond to customer requests by evaluating and recommending detailed customized coverage options and solutions. •Act as a liaison between R&R clients and insurance carriers, bringing resolution to any service, claim or underwriting issues. •Manage experience modification calculation process, ensuring the projection and verification process is timely and accurate. Job Requirements•5 to 7 years of insurance experience; designations preferred •Background in claims and/or underwriting in a commercial insurance environment •Extensive insurance knowledge to independently manage accounts and make solid recommendations •Knowledge of aggressive claims management techniques and/or underwriting knowledge preferred •Ability to proactively service and grow customer relationships •Highly developed oral and written communication skills •Sound organizational skills and the ability to multi-task •Functional in Microsoft Office software and other business related applications •Property & Casualty Insurance License desirable
