Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES -Lead application owner of the R&R Insurance Services Risk Management Center (RMC) -Develop and execute business strategies that will support increased adoption & utilization of the RMC -Develop strategic solutions that will assist our clients in managing their total cost of risk -Identify high value risk management strategies and programs, available within RMC, to assist customers in protecting employees, data and property -Effectively grow the number of application users, both internally and externally -Act as the lead technical resource to onboard new users, conduct training, and provide general support -Keep abreast of industry risk management trends, exposure(s) to loss, risk tolerance and service needs -Design, implement and execute well-timed risk management content in the form of live seminars, webinars, in person customer interactions and written collateral -Collaborate with in-house data analysts to improve efficiency of managing and presenting data, allowing for better scale, speed, and accuracy of producing analyses, metrics and insights -Develop dashboards and reports for internal use that provide actionable insights -Keep abreast of market intelligence, products, technology solutions and innovation -Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with partner insurance carriers and staff -Promote R&R’s Professional Services capabilities and resources, including the RMC -Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc risk management data requests Starting Date: Immediate Opportunity Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 80,000 yearly
Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS -2+ years of insurance carrier experience, working in an employer or insurance carrier risk management or loss prevention role -Knowledgeable in the areas of risk management strategies and loss prevention methods -Experience with designing and managing employee health and safety programs -Familiarity with commercial P&C insurance products, services and industry practices -Comfortable navigating and using contemporary software solutions and data management tools -Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team in a service driven environment -Demonstrate a high level of empowerment and accountability -Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills -Excellent oral presentation skills -Ability to speak persuasively and confidently with internal and external business partners -Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task -Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing or Business Administration -Property & Casualty Insurance License desired
