Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative at Bock Insurance Agency, you will be an integral team member dedicated to onboarding and servicing personal lines and small business policyholders. Duties will include responding promptly and appropriately to incoming phone calls, emails, mail requests, and other client and carrier communications. Responsibilities also involve working with clients and our insurance carriers to process policy changes, file claims, and process payments. You will also be responsible for working with technology to manage our client database, and for gathering information from prospective clients for quoting purposes. Position will be in Oshkosh, WI with an opportunity to grow with our agency.
Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma. Post-secondary education helpful. Company will provide training required to obtain Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license. Proven customer service, organizational and effective time management skills, with a willingness to solve problems. Reliable, responsible, creative self-starter with a positive attitude, attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding phone etiquette as well as the ability to utilize emerging technologies to service customers of all generations.
