The PIA of Wisconsin is a proud sponsor of the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) professional designation program. These three, one-day webinars teach practical “before”, “during”, and “after” sale techniques for insurance producers, sales managers, account managers, and company marketing representatives. Completion rule, 3 years from the first course. No exams. You do not need to commit to all three to attend one.  Approved for 7 Wisconsin CE credits each. Utica approved. While it is not required, it is recommended courses are taken in order.

Each course is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST with a 10-minute break every hour and a 45-minute break for lunch. In order to receive credit toward completion, CPIA update credit, and state CE credit, participation for the entire seminar is required.  There will be polls and questions asked throughout the webinar to confirm attendance. CE credits will be filed after the completion of each course. 

Webinar System Requirements: Reliable internet connection and working speakers. No microphone or webcam is needed.
