Job Description

We are looking for an insurance administrative assistant/staff support team member for our Port Washington office! Full-time Monday-Friday. NO nights/weekends/holidays! MUST be P&C licensed with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Answering the phone/emails and handling customer’s requests such as policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, etc

-Greet and assist walk-in customers

-Processing policy changes, managing pending cancellations, customer document retention follow up

-Entering and documenting new customer accounts

-General office tasks/management (filing, processing the mail, scanning, office supplies, cleaning)
