The Professional Insurance Agents PAC is a nonpartisan political action committee that supports candidates for state elective office who agree with PIAW members on key public policy issues affecting small businesses and the insurance industry. Under Wisconsin law, donations to a PAC must come from individuals only, not from businesses. Please use a personal credit card to register for this event or send a personal check.

* Shooter warm-up is your chance to sharpen your aim for the day’s event. It is optional.
Registration includes safety training, two rounds of sporting clays (multistation shooting), warm-up shooting at the five-stand, lunch, and social hour hors d’oeuvres.
All funds donated to the PIAW PAC or Conduit must come from Personal Funds. Donations from Business Funds are not allowed by law.
Please only one registration form per team. $125.00/person.
Sponsorships go towards the costs of putting on the event and can be paid with corporate funds.
