PIAW Nominee Tiffanie Courtney Wins National Outstanding CSR of the Year
Madison, WI – After being awarded the title of Wisconsin’s 2022 Outstanding CSR of the Year by the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW), Tiffanie Courtney, CIC, CISR, CRIS of M3 Insurance in De Pere, Wisconsin, has been selected as the National Outstanding CSR of the Year by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
The Outstanding CSR of the Year award is the most prestigious honor available to insurance customer service representatives and was created in 1991 by the Societies of CISR and CIC to recognize the important role that the customer service representative plays in the day-to-day care and service of the customer. The award honors the CSR who demonstrates the highest level of personal achievement through dedication and performance. The PIAW Board of Directors and the PIAW Education Committee selected Tiffanie as the state winner who went on to compete for the overall national title against a field of 35 other state winners.
Shannon Wiegman, P&C Client Services Manager at M3 Insurance praised Tiffanie saying, “She has stood out as an individual with exceptional drive and determination, working hard to be the best version of herself for her team, her clients, and simply everyone she comes in contact with.”
In her submission, Tiffanie said, “What I’ve thoroughly enjoyed about this industry are the relationships. Placing the insurance program with reliable markets is important, but adding icing to the cake, allowing clients to really enjoy that experience of working with us – that’s when you know you’ve done it right.”
As the national winner, Tiffanie receives a cash award of $2,000, a gold and diamond lapel pin, and her name will be added to a sculpture at The National Alliance headquarters. A scholarship from The National Alliance will also be awarded to her employer M3 Insurance. A formal presentation of the award will occur at PIAW’s Engage 2022 Awards Luncheon in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin on October 13th.
