Nicholas Oleniczak Named Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year
Madison, WI – Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin is pleased to announce that the recipient of Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year is Nicholas Oleniczak, CISR of M3 Insurance.
The Outstanding CSR of the Year award was created in 1991 by the Societies of CISR and CIC and recognizes the important role that the customer service representative plays in the day-to-day care and service of a customer in the insurance industry. The Wisconsin award recipient is selected by PIAW’s Board of Directors and PIAW’s Education Committee through a comprehensive process. The recipient selected must demonstrate through dedication and performance, the highest level of personal and professional achievement.
Nicholas’ dedication to his team at M3, perseverance, and desire to share his knowledge with those entering the insurance industry solidified him as this year’s Outstanding CSR of the Year. He will be presented with his award formally at the Awards Luncheon on September 30th during Engage 2021, PIAW’s annual convention being held this year in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

State Outstanding CSR of the Year recipients go on to compete for the National Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, which will be selected by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
