Megan Belter Is Wisconsin’s 2026 Outstanding CSR of the Year!
Madison, WI – The Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIA) is pleased to announce that Megan Belter, CISR, CIC, Senior Client Manager II at M3 Insurance Solutions, Inc. in Madison, has been named Wisconsin’s 2026 Outstanding CSR of the Year.
The Outstanding CSR of the Year Award, sponsored by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance, honors the vital role that customer service representatives (CSR) play in the insurance industry. Each year, PIA’s Education Committee selects Wisconsin’s recipient using a thorough review process, recognizing an exceptional individual who has distinguished themselves as the highest-level performer in their role.
Over 15 years in the insurance industry, Megan Belter has built a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with exceptional client advocacy, leadership, and a genuine commitment to those around her. In her role as a Senior Client Manager at M3, she manages complex accounts while serving as a mentor and resource to colleagues. She is always stepping in to help propel her team forward by mentoring new CSRs, taking an active leadership role in internal practice group discussions, and offering additional support during periods of growth and transition.
In addition to her professional success, Megan also distinguishes herself in her community. Megan is an active volunteer and is in her third year of service as a leader on the M3 Foundation’s Board of Directors, where she brings her perspective as a client service professional to community service efforts.

Megan will be formally recognized by her industry peers and presented with her award at the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin’s Engage 2026 conference on October 15th at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. In addition, as Wisconsin’s state winner, Megan advances on to the national competition for the Outstanding CSR of the Year Award.
