Brianna Schwanke Named Wisconsin’s 2025 Outstanding CSR of the Year

Each year, PIA’s Education Committee selects one standout customer service representative who exemplifies leadership, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to clients and colleagues alike. The nominees represent the best of the best in Wisconsin, and the committee is tasked with selecting the winner after a thorough review process. This year, Brianna rose to the top amidst an impressive pool of nominees.
Since joining M3 in 2016, Brianna has become known not only for her deep insurance knowledge and technical skill, but also for her calm, client-first approach and her ability to lead and mentor others. She manages a demanding book of business with care and precision, and her team describes her as someone who brings both heart and strategy to everything she does.
“Brianna is the definition of consistency in a role that demands adaptability,” shared one of her nominators, Courtney Foster, Operations Manager at M3. “She’s strategic and detail-oriented, empathetic and efficient. Clients trust her. Teammates rely on her.”
Established by the Societies of CISR and CIC in 1991, this award honors the vital role customer service representatives play in keeping agencies running smoothly and clients feeling cared for. Brianna is a clear example of that.
