2025 Company Representative of the Year: Mike Tietz

Company Representative of the Year, awarded by the PIA of Wisconsin Board of Directors, recognizes a company representative who goes above and beyond to support independent agents and exemplifies outstanding service and dedication to the insurance community.

Mike Tietz of IMT Insurance Company was awarded this honor because he goes the extra mile for his agents. PIA member agents say he is extraordinarily responsive, helpful and likable. Even during the hard market, when prices were climbing and agents were on edge, he was always available to provide advice, crack a joke, and generally lift the spirits of everyone he works with.

Mike is a regular attendee at PIA events and has been for many years. In addition, he has served as a volunteer on numerous event committees with PIA agents.
