Badger Mutual Names Director of Strategic Growth: Shane Paltzer

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Badger Mutual Insurance Company has named Shane Paltzer as Director of Strategic Growth, adding an accomplished insurance executive to its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth and advances its long-term strategy for commercial expansion and innovation.

Paltzer brings more than 30 years of insurance industry leadership experience to Badger Mutual, most recently serving as Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting & Corporate Relations at Acuity Insurance. His leadership experience spans underwriting, marketing, compliance, culture, and operations, including helping guide significant growth and transformation as Acuity expanded from approximately $300 million to more than $3 billion in written premium.
